Hybrid work, rituals & culture
The last years transformed us into a remote-first company, and we had to find new ways to keep everyone connected.
Our company rituals include monthly themes, remote initiatives, and an inclusive company culture with even more mental health awareness and finding the right work-life balance. Have you tried out walking meetings already? They can be a life-changer during a full day working from home!
Even in a hybrid work setting, we want to come together as a company on a regular basis. Seeing each other in person and creating memories together is something we don't want to lose as a hybrid company. During our summer party in 2019, we took our employees on a fun day at the beach, including a surfing lesson, delicious food, and lots of laughs.
With all precautions, summer 2020 and 2021 weren't any different, and we learned how much it matters to connect with our teams in person when working in a remote setting. You can always count on summer events here at tb.lx because we believe in celebrating our accomplishments together.
